We offer a wide range of drumming workshops and performances tailored for various community events, including:
- Women’s Institute (WI) gatherings
- Beaver, Scout, Cub, Rainbow, Brownie, and Guide events, often in the evening or as part of Thinking Day or Scout/Guide camps
- Village community galas
- Festival events, including children’s festivals, camp festivals, agricultural shows, and music festivals like folk festivals
- Faith-based events, such as church groups, holiday clubs, or Jewish celebrations like Purim and Bar Mitzvahs

Absolutely! Our workshops are highly adaptable and can be tailored to suit a wide range of age groups and abilities. We ensure that each session is engaging and accessible, with activities designed to match the participants’ skill levels. Whether it’s children, teenagers, adults, or mixed-age groups, we create an inclusive environment that encourages everyone to join in. We particularly promote our sessions as family experiences, encouraging parents to participate alongside their children for a fun, shared experience.
Group sizes can vary depending on the event. For WI gatherings, we typically accommodate 30 to 40 participants. For Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, Rainbows, Brownies, and Guides, the usual group size is around 30. For larger festival events, especially with Boomwhacker sessions, we can cater to groups as large as 200 participants at a time.
We bring all the necessary drums and percussion instruments, so you don’t need to worry about equipment. As for space:
- For smaller drumming workshops, such as WI or Scout group events, we need a space large enough for participants to sit comfortably in a circle with chairs.
- For larger Boomwhacker sessions at festivals, a clear space is ideal, with participants standing or seated. Chairs for very young children can be provided if needed.
- For bigger festival events, a large marquee or an indoor contingency space is recommended.

For festivals and large gatherings, we can provide events all over the country. For smaller events with smaller groups, such as WI or Scout groups, our services are typically offered within a 50-mile radius of South Yorkshire and North Derbyshire. This helps ensure we deliver the best experience for your event.
